National Cheesecake Day is July 3oth

Summer is about to get a whole lot sweeter with National Cheesecake Day coming up on July 30th. Restaurant R'evolution Executive Pastry Chef Erin Swanson is whipping up a delicious Creole Cream Cheese Mousse honoring the unique flavors of New Orleans. 

Did you know that Creole cream cheese originated in the 1800s from French ancestry but during the second half of the 20th century its popularity declined and it became difficult to find? The dairy at Chef John Folse's Bittersweet Plantation played an important role in bringing Creole Cream Cheese back to New Orleans.


It's heating up out there so join us for a COOLinary Lunch this August!

COOLinary is a city-wide initiative to celebrate dining in America's Most Delicious City!  During the month of August, participating restaurants  in New Orleans offer 2-3 course lunch menus for $20 or less and 3 course dinner menus at $35 or less.
Restaurant R'evolution is excited to participate for the first time offering a two-course prix fixe COOLinary Menu at Lunch for only $20 during the month of August.
